Terms & Conditions

Please read our booking conditions and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.

  • Provide Full Name (as it appears in your passport), Nationality, Passport number, Date of Birth and Sex of all persons travelling

  • To ensure that your itinerary is confirmed and guaranteed, a deposit of 25% of the final invoice payable to secure the booking at the time of booking

  • Payments must be sent via bank transfer ONLY and bookings will only be confirmed once the money is received into Bridging Journeys bank account

  • Once the deposit is received no further surcharges or increases in costs be charged to you. Any increases in taxes or costs due to currency fluctuations will be borne by Bridging Journeys Except if there is any change in the taxes by the government.

  • Payment must be made in INDIAN RUPEES and you must pay all relevant bank charges to ensure the full amount is received

  • Please include your name, invoice number and file number as references and if requested payment reason should be stated as “Deposit for Tailor Made Itinerary”

  • Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival in India

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If notice of cancellation is received in writing 120 days prior to arrival, 100% of the pre-paid deposit will be refunded less any advances paid

  • If notice of cancellation is received in writing between 60 and 120 days prior to the arrival, 100% of the pre‐paid deposit will be forfeited. Any balance outstanding will be waived

  • If notice of cancellation is received in writing between 45 and 60 days prior to a guest’s arrival, 100% of the pre‐paid deposit will be forfeited PLUS 50% of the balance will be forfeited

  • If notice of cancellation is received in writing between 30 and 45 days prior to a guest’s arrival, 100% of the pre‐paid deposit will be forfeited PLUS 75% of the balance will be forfeited

  • If notice of cancellation is received in writing between 10 and 30 days prior to a guest’s arrival, 100% of the pre‐paid deposit will be forfeited PLUS 90% of the balance will be forfeited

  • If notice of cancellation is received in writing between 1 and 10 days prior to a guest’s arrival, 100% of the pre‐paid deposit will be forfeited PLUS 100% of the balance will be forfeited. No refund will be made

  • Should a change in date be necessary, this is subject to availability and any additional costs incurred will be advised. Any refund applicable will be based on the above cancellation terms

  • Refunds will be made to your bank account only after deducting any relevant bank transfer fees or any other charges that have incurred at the time of receiving the deposit or any charges that we may incur at the time of refund.

  • We recommend you take out travel insurance, as Bridging Journeys are not in any position to deviate from its cancellation policy. Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company
